Gas Servicing
Carrying out a regular service of your boiler is very important; this ensures the boiler is working safely and to the specifications of the boiler manufacturers.
This will guarantee your boiler works efficiently and will assist to reduce the running cost of your appliance and protect your manufacturers warranty. At AHC our costs are very competitive which covers a full system check and boiler service including the following points:

Gas Boiler Service
We provide servicing of gas, Oil, and LPG appliances. We can also provide a regular annual scheduled visit if you would like us to remind you when the service is required.
Gas Safety/Landlord Inspection
As it is a legal requirement to service and inspect the landlords appliances, we can provide this service to keep you an your tenants safe. Annual certification can also be a scheduled visit if you would like us to remind you when the service and landlords check is required.
Air Source Heat Pump Service
Air Source Heat Pumps need to be inspected every year to make sure they are running efficiently. Our trained engineers will make sure that your system is set and working at the optimum level.
Hot Water Cylinders
Unvented Hot Water Cylinders need to be serviced annually. Unvented hot water systems are fed directly from the cold water mains supply and offer a number of performance benefits compared to conventional hot water systems. There are important pressure and temperature safety controls to test and check, including filter checks.
Landlord Certificates
Landlords must provide their tenants with an up-to-date Gas Safety record. By law, landlords must have all gas appliances serviced regularly, normally once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The Gas Safe registered engineer will provide a Gas Safety record upon completion of the check.
System Power Flush
Power Flushing removes deposits of sludge, rust and any other debris from your central heating system. These contaminants, if left, can seriously affect the efficiency and life of your heating system. The aim of a Power Flush is to restore the full circulation of water around the central heating system, however, it can also eliminate noise from the boiler and the pump as well.
