This development is 24 bedsits for the homeless.
Working for Bugler Developments, AHC have provided underfloor heating and mechanical heating services for hostel accommodation building and associated facilities.
This project completed and handed over in December 2008.

Iffley Road, Oxford
This project for Bugler Developments comprises of 9 new build two bedroom apartments which utilise Nibe exhaust air heat pumps units with underfloor heating. AHC also provided all domestic plumbing for these apartments.
As part of this same project 6 flats are being fully refurbished with combination boilers and radiators.
This project is due to finished in
December 2008.

The undercroft at the Galleria is being redeveloped extending the restaurant and leisure section. AHC are installing underfloor heating to all the communal areas.
Due to the nature of the building, and to avoid causing disruption to visitors the work has taken place during the night.
This project was completed in August 2008 and is now fully opperational. |

Primary School
Anders Heating installed the Rehau underfloor heating system at Hanwell Fields Primary School for Oxford Pipework Services.
In terms of safety underfloor heating is a especially effective for heating schools. It leaves all wall space free from hot surfaces and potential hard edges, eliminating the risk of injury to children.
